Catering is available for all meetings and conferences on the Science Park.
For your convenience we have listed our most popular ‘Set menus’, however all of these may added to (or you may select all of your choices) from the full Hospitality menus.

Lunches
The traditional sandwich platter uses fresh loaves of bread with traditional fillings and is simply presented. 1 ½ rounds of mixed traditional sandwiches per person. Please inform us if you wish some of the sandwiches to be served on rye or gluten free bread.
The Superior Sandwich Platter uses a selection of fresh breads and wraps with deluxe fillings and appropriate presentation, five pieces of mixed speciality sandwiches and wraps per person. Please inform us if you wish some of the sandwiches to be served in rye or gluten free bread.
The traditional lunch uses fresh loaves of bread with traditional fillings and is simply presented. 1 ½ rounds of mixed traditional sandwiches per person, fresh cut fruit, still and sparkling mineral water, enhancements as specified. Please inform us if you wish some of the sandwiches to be served on rye or gluten free bread.

Main Section
1.Chicken, avocado and mango salad – chicken breast with avocado and lettuce
2.Greek salad (D, V) – feta cheese olives and fresh salad leaves
3.Salad Nicoise (D) – tuna salad with fine green beans, hard-boiled egg, baby potatoes and olives
4.Chicken Caesar salad (W, D) – breast of chicken on a bed of lettuce with croutons, shaved parmesan and a classic Caesar dressing
5.Prawn and plum tomato salad – prawns on a bed of spinach and avocado, with plum tomatoes, served with a raspberry vinegar dressing
6.Thai style fried rice salad (V) – mixed vegetables with rice and mild Thai sauce
Secondary Section

Additional costs
Normal working hours for catering provision are weekdays 8.00am – 4.00pm.
For any out of hours events, or delivery to buildings outside the Sadler Building
or Magdalen Centre, an additional charge is applicable. Enquire for details.
