The Science Park is a unique and exciting location designed for science, technology and business occupiers.

Situated just 4 miles south east from the City Centre it is set in attractive landscaped surroundings, close to the Oxford ring road and within easy reach of the A34, M4 and M40. A direct bus route to the City Centre and railway station is also available.

At the Science Park, two of the buildings (the Sadler Building and Magdalen Centre) offer restaurant / cafe facilities, and are also suitable for a variety of meetings and special events, (including wedding receptions). All facilities are available to book by both Park companies and external organisations / groups.
